Frankfurt — and ships with a GDPR privacy policy and a data processing agreement (DPA)

A white-label booking page is an online booking site that runs under your own business name and branding rather than the platform’s. With GrabTheSlot, every business gets its own subdomain with its own logo and colours — your clients see your brand, and bookings happen on your page, not on a shared marketplace.
Can my clients book without registering?
Yes. Clients book with their name and contact details — no account, no password, no app to install. They confirm, get an email confirmation, and can cancel or reschedule with one click from that email.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union. The database and authentication run on Supabase in Frankfurt, and the servers are operated at Hetzner in Germany. A GDPR privacy policy and a data processing agreement (DPA) are part of the service.
Is there a commission per booking?
No. GrabTheSlot charges a flat monthly fee starting at €10/month with unlimited bookings. Marketplace platforms typically take a percentage of each new-client booking — we never do.
Does it work in my country?
GrabTheSlot is live on the Hungarian market today (grabit.hu), and a German site is in preparation. Sign-up currently runs through the country sites; this page is the English-language hub that points you to the right one.
Can I embed it on my website?
Yes. The widget add-on embeds your booking page into an existing website, either as an inline frame or as a floating button — your site keeps its own look, and bookings still flow into the same calendar.
What about reminders and no-shows?
Automatic email reminders are included in the base plan, and SMS reminders are available as an add-on. Every confirmation email contains one-click cancel and reschedule links, and you can require online payment at booking — together these sharply reduce silent no-shows.
