Common questions.

What do the status labels mean?
Live = working in production, switch it on today. Beta = works, but with a manual step or limit. Coming soon = partly built and going live soon. Planned = on the roadmap but not implemented yet. The labels reflect the actual state of the code, not the marketing — and we never bill for what isn’t live.
How do I turn an add-on on?
With one click in the admin panel — no upgrade fee, no lock-in. The charge starts from your next billing cycle, and you can switch it off again at any time; your settings are kept.
What is the difference between booking models and add-ons?
The booking models set the type of booking: Services (always included), Resources (court / room / equipment) and Events (group sessions with capacity). Add-ons are the extra capabilities built on top — reminders, payments, integrations, marketing.
Is there a discount for using more than one booking model?
Yes: switch on both the Events and Resources models and you get 20% off those model add-on prices. The Services model is always part of the base plan.
