Most booking software sells Basic/Pro/Premium tiers, and most businesses end up paying for premium features they never open. GrabTheSlot takes the opposite approach: a single base plan that covers real day-to-day booking, plus an add-on shop where each capability has its own small price. You can switch an add-on on or off at any time, and the change simply follows your billing cycle.

The second principle is just as simple: no commission per booking. Marketplace platforms charge up to 20–35% commission on new-client bookings, which means your busiest months are also your most expensive ones. A flat monthly fee keeps your costs predictable — whether you take twenty bookings a month or two hundred.

The fine print, in plain words.

Do the prices include VAT?
Card payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country and your VAT status — businesses with a valid VAT ID are typically charged under the reverse-charge mechanism.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with full functionality, no credit card required. At the end of the trial there is no automatic charge — you choose a plan or simply stop.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with one click in the admin panel — no lock-in, no cancellation fee. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, and your data is preserved if you come back.
What counts as a staff member?
A staff member is a colleague with their own calendar, services and working hours. The base plan includes 1; each additional staff member is a per-seat add-on.
What currency will I be billed in?
Prices on this page are in EUR. Customers on the Hungarian site pay in HUF; the billed currency is shown at checkout before you confirm anything.
Is there an annual discount?
There is no annual plan — billing is monthly only, with no lock-in. The built-in saving is the model bundle: switch on both the Events and Resources models and you get 20% off those add-on prices.
